General Guidelines as we work together:

  • Daytime Support Only…is between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm. Monday-Saturday

  • A minimum of 12 hours is the initial commitment. Packages with more hours are offered as well at the same hourly rate.

  • Every Friday we will create a schedule for the upcoming week. Payment for each week's hours will be due on Friday of that week.

  • If schedule should change-please provide 24 hours to cancel or change existing appointment

  • 24 hours is needed to schedule a new appointment

  • Unlimited phone/texting will be responded to in a timely manner unless it falls outside of support availability hours
